Among our most exciting achievements was the launch of RSM Catamaran—an innovative suite of outsourced, integrated solutions designed to revolutionize our clients' finance, accounting, tax, IT, risk, security and human resources functions. This cutting-edge offering leverages our deep understanding and advanced technology, delivering exceptional value while keeping overhead costs in check. The impact on our clients has been profound, from enhanced risk mitigation to streamlined infrastructure management.

A core focus for fiscal 2025 was elevating operational excellence. By fine-tuning our processes and embracing best practices, we significantly boosted our internal efficiency and the quality of service we provide. The rollout of an integrated delivery methodology, paired with the alignment of like-minded practices, ensured consistently high standards across every client engagement—something that has not gone unnoticed by our satisfied clients.

Our new consulting ad campaign also gained momentum, amplifying our capabilities and showcasing the unique value that RSM offers across various industries.

Placing clients at the heart of our mission was a priority this fiscal year. Through a keen understanding of client needs, our consulting team forged stronger relationships, resulting in heightened satisfaction and long-term loyalty—evidenced by our ongoing positive client feedback. Alongside this, consulting made remarkable advances in digital transformation, harnessing leading technology to introduce innovative solutions that create recurring revenue streams.

Our integrated go-to-market and delivery models further cemented our position as market leaders, allowing us to optimize talent and anticipate industry trends. The appointment of Ron Draganowski as our new consulting digital leader, along with a groundbreaking alliance with research firm Gartner to define an ambitious AI strategy, is set to drive future innovation. Our commitment to evolving our data strategy remains crucial to this transformation.

As we broaden our global footprint, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional support to clients with international operations, ensuring seamless integration into the global market. By embracing innovation and staying ahead of emerging trends, we are poised to guide organizations toward enduring success in today’s rapidly changing business landscape.

On the people and culture front, fiscal 2025 saw RSM consulting’s team grow to 5,801 full-time equivalents, with 14% of our workforce now based in India and El Salvador. Global integration and client engagement have been pivotal as we expand our reach, particularly in India and especially following the October 2024 announcement of the merger of RSM UK and RSM US. We are cultivating a high-performance culture focused on excellence, emphasizing talent development, training and clear career growth pathways.

Fiscal 2025 has been a groundbreaking year, further establishing RSM consulting as a leader in the industry with a robust foundation for continued growth and innovation.
